Status: This bill is on the Senate Second Reading Calendar today, 1/29. It is on the Senate Third Reading Calendar TOMORROW, 1/30, and is expected to receive a floor vote.
This bill establishes statewide standards for accessory dwelling units (ADUs), promoting housing flexibility by requiring localities to permit ADUs in single-family residential zones.
