Virginia Action

About

An independent, nonpartisan, advocacy organization, Virginia Institute Action focuses on:

  • Championing The People vs. The “Anointed”

Our Founding Fathers warned of the dangers of power becoming concentrated in the hands of a few. Today, we continue the fight for popular sovereignty against elitism, recognizing that this struggle transcends party lines and ideological labels.

  • Education Reform

Despite significant increases in education spending, government-run schools continue to falter. We investigate the root causes of this decline, challenging conventional solutions and exploring alternatives to ensure every child receives a quality education.

  • Defending Capitalism Against Democratic Socialism

While Marxism may have waned, the allure of the “nanny state” remains. Our mission is not only to critique the status quo but also to revive the spirit of liberty championed by Virginia’s founding visionaries.

  • Advocating for the Devolution of Power

We advocate for returning power from the federal government to Virginia and, crucially, from all levels of government back to the people. This includes a reexamination of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

  • Promoting a Philosophy of Law

Law should uphold liberties and encourage responsibility, not serve as a tool for endless regulation. We strive to restore a disciplined approach to governance, grounded in the principles of limited intervention and the rule of law.

At Virginia Institute Action, we invite you to join us in shaping a future where individual liberty and opportunity flourish, guided by principles that transcend politics and advance the common good.
