The Virginia Institute Action, formerly known as Tertium Quids, is an independent, nonpartisan, advocacy organization dedicated to advancing legislative initiatives that enhance individual opportunity and foster economic prosperity, all while advocating for a reduction in the size, scope, and cost of government in Virginia.
